We’re seeking an experienced Learning & Development Project Manager to support a Boston-based law firm with critical training and development needs. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering training, onboarding, and user support following the recent rollout of three new platforms: NetDocuments, Elite 3E, and Rocket Matter/RocketProforma. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Start Date: Mid-to-late October Duration: 3 months with possible extension Hours: 35 hours per week; 9am - 5pm ET Location: Preferably onsite in Boston, though remote may be considered for the right consultant Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for new platforms (NetDocuments, Elite 3E, RocketProforma) • Facilitate 1:1 coaching, small group sessions, lunch-and-learns, and instructor-led training • Support onboarding for new hires and provide ongoing user support for staff and attorneys • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to align training strategies with adoption goals • Develop communications and collateral to promote platform adoption • Collaborate with internal team members to share workload and align initiatives • Maintain and update training content within the learning management system Experience Required: • 7+ years in training, instructional design, internal communications, change management, or project coordination • Proficiency with NetDocuments, Elite 3E, and RocketProforma • Proven ability to design and implement effective instructor-led, virtual, and blended training programs • Experience developing assets with Canva or similar design tools • Familiarity with LMS platforms and content organization best practices • Prior experience in law firms or professional services training strongly preferred • Ability to provide samples of instructor-led training • Background check may be required The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
