As a Strategic Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing business performance, supporting strategic planning, and delivering actionable reporting that empowers leadership across the organization. What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning Day 1 of employment Flexible work schedules Attractive PTO plan Engaging employee programs Remote working What You’ll Be Doing Analyze financial performance across funnel, bookings, backlog, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheet Build and maintain Excel models to interpret data and deliver concise, logical conclusions Prepare components of monthly and quarterly financial results packages and presentations Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including model development Navigate and utilize ERP (AX), CRM (Salesforce), and other internal tools Apply financial analysis techniques to influence business outcomes Conduct ad-hoc performance analyses and prepare recurring financial reports What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering; MBA/M.S. preferred 3+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or analytical roles Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong modeling and profitability analysis capabilities Experience with complex pricing structures, including volume discounts and price lists Ability to interpret data, solve problems, and support both structured and unstructured initiatives Skilled in presenting insights and securing stakeholder alignment Comfortable working in cross-functional, geographically diverse teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities Strong judgment and decision-making in business contexts Location: US-based, Eastern or Central Time Zone At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
