Clarify is looking for a Customer Success Associate to focus on delivering impact at existing hospital, health system, and payer customers. This position is ideal for a former customer success associate, healthcare management consultant, health IT implementation analyst, and/or healthcare operations analyst who is looking to switch into an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment. This role requires an independent problem solver who has strong communication and project management skills that can operate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. \n The role Help manage a portfolio of customers and relationships with each customer. Provide on-site and off-site assessments and consultative services. Help conduct business reviews and meetings with customers on an ongoing basis. Establish and develop strong, credible relationships with customers. Become a subject matter expert in the use of Clarify’s technologies. Facilitate training for customers on the use of Clarify’s products and solutions. Project manage pool of customers to ensure they are receiving value from their Clarify partnership. Analyze pool of customers to identify risk and proactively drive strategy to address service delivery and/or renewal risk. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current customers and partner with Sales to showcase Clarify’s capabilities. Collaborate closely across Clarify’s sales, product, data science, engineering, and development teams to enhance Clarify's platform, especially based on feedback from customers. What we are looking for Passion for Clarify’s mission and making a difference in healthcare. Pride in prioritizing our customers above all else and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers every step of the way. 2+ years of progressive customer-facing healthcare consulting/professional services/customer success (experience with a SaaS company strongly preferred). 1+ years of healthcare provider, payer, and/or life sciences experience. Strong project management skills, PMP certification a plus. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability relative to thriving in ambiguous, constantly changing, high-pressure environments. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities and customer projects to successful completion. High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality outputs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, advanced Excel, SQL, and/or SAS skills are a plus Ability to build strong relationships and foster teamwork with customers and internal team members. Willingness to contribute to building Clarify with energy and excitement.
