Regional Director – Financial/Wealth Management Location: Charlotte, NC Compensation: $300,000 - $400,000 (base salary+ performance-based incentives) Our client is a high-performing financial and wealth management firm seeking a Regional Director to expand and lead their presence in North Carolina. What You’ll Do: Market Growth & Strategic Expansion: • Drive expansion efforts in the North Carolina market • Execute a regional growth strategy that aligns with the firm's goals • Forge partnerships that increase visibility and revenue Leadership & Culture Development: • Coach and mentor new financial professionals • Foster a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and long-term success • Support existing teams and develop new markets with intention Recruiting & Retention: • Lead advisor recruiting efforts for both experienced and early-career professionals • Prioritize cultural fit and long-term alignment over short-term volume • Partner with internal recruiting to deepen talent pipelines Advisor Enablement & Client Excellence: • Support the firm’s comprehensive financial planning model • Help advisors deliver high-value client experiences using innovative tools and technology • Champion advisor growth while encouraging ownership and independence Ideal Candidate: • 5+ years of leadership experience in financial services, wealth management, or related fields • Strong track record of recruiting and training/mentoring commission-based financial professionals • Experience as a Financial Advisor (required) • Sharp marketing and business development acumen • Passion for developing people, building culture, and growing markets • Licensed with Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health • Strategic thinker who thrives in entrepreneurial environments Compensation: • Total Compensation: $300,000 – $400,000 (base salary + performance-based bonuses)
