Overview ClaimSorted (YC S24) is hiring an AI Engineer to build the AI platform powering insurance claims - helping people get support during life’s most critical moments About us ClaimSorted helps insurance companies remove the hassle of managing claims by enabling them to outsource their claim operations to us. Unlike traditional claim management companies, we blend AI and best-in-class experts to deliver a 5-star customer experience, minimise mistakes and speed up claim assessment Responsibilities Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed up assessments, and enhance customer experience Work with insurance specialists to turn claims processes into AI-driven workflows Deploy solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and RAG at scale for insurers Requirements 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research. A proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production, improving key company metrics.
