Summary: The Product Manager – Connectivity is responsible for driving the successful integration of Claimocity’s platform with external systems as well as configuring and connecting MIPS (Meritbased Incentive Payment System) in pursuit of enhancing the value and functionality of the product for both customers and partners. Responsibilities: • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and integration partners to better understand each project’s needs in order to document accurate and clear project objectives • Integration Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating the Claimocity software with external systems such as EMRs (Electronic Medical Records), PMs (Practice Management Systems), 3rd party ancillary healthcare service vendors (Chronic Care, Care Coordination, etc.) and Certified MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System) Registries • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Hospital IT, 3rd party vendors, etc.) to gather requirements for the integration and MIPS related projects (via user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, etc.) • Project Management: Oversee the entire integration MIPS projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and monitoring. This involves coordinating with crossfunctional teams, managing timelines, and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the integration or MIPS configuration process • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of the integration and MIPS projects by conducting thorough testing and validation. This includes identifying and resolving any bugs or compatibility issues to ensure a seamless user experience • Documentation and Training: Create documentation and provide training materials to operational users (Support, Customer Success Managers, etc.) to help them understand and utilize the implemented project solution effectively • Post-Integration Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the integration projects and MIPS configuration addressing any issues or updates that may be required after the project is complete • Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Strong understanding of software development processes and integration related technologies including API and HL7 as well as connectivity protocols such as VPN and SFTP • Experience managing integration related software projects within the healthcare industry • Strong understanding of MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System) policies and underlying workflows • Designing effective solutions for data exchange projects including the documentation of user stories, workflow diagrams and acceptance criteria • Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and convey integration / MIPS related project information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Attention to detail ensuring the accuracy and reliability of integrations and MIPS configurations with a thorough approach to testing, validation, and documentation. • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on prioritizing the needs of external customers and partners throughout the integration and MIPS processes while anticipating and addressing project requirements to deliver solutions that meet customers’ expectations Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
