Business Strategy Coach / Profit Acceleration Specialist (Remote, 1099 Contract or Independent Agent) Help small business owners increase profitability through strategic planning and a proven execution system—supported by award-winning proprietary software and step-by-step training. About CJA Business Strategy CJA Business Strategy (led by Coach Joe Austin) partners with small businesses to identify profit opportunities, build practical growth plans, and implement them using our proprietary tools and playbooks. Why this role • Remote & flexible: Work from anywhere and build a schedule that fits your life • Proven framework: Use a repeatable system to deliver real client outcomes • Award-winning proprietary software: Build tailored growth strategies and track execution • Training & certification: Become a Certified Profit Acceleration Specialist • High earning potential: Performance-based income with the option to build long-term client value • Choose your path: Operate as a 1099 contractor within our agency or build your own independent agency What you’ll do • Build and manage relationships with business owners and executives using our CRM and outreach strategies • Lead structured strategy sessions (discovery, planning, prioritization, and accountability) • Translate business goals into an actionable strategic plan inside our proprietary software • Guide implementation and performance improvement focused on growth, profitability, and execution discipline • Maintain organized client communication, follow-ups, and progress tracking What we’re looking for • Strong communication skills (comfortable leading client conversations with owners/executives) • Analytical thinking and the ability to diagnose business challenges and opportunities • Leadership/management experience (formal or informal—teams, projects, operations, sales leadership, etc.) • Relationship-building skills and consistent follow-through • Entrepreneurial mindset: eager to invest time and resources into building your own book of business • Comfort with outreach and business development activities (supported by our process and tools) Role details • Job type: 1099 Contract or Independent Agent • Location: Remote • Schedule: Flexible (client-facing sessions scheduled with clients) Compensation We offer two career paths. If you work inside our agency: Performance-based commission compensation. Top performers earn $60k-$120k in their first year. Our goal is to graduate you to an independent agent upon completion of your contract. If you establish your own agency: Unlimited earnings potential. Top performers earn $80k-$300k in their first year with well-established peak performers earning more than $1M annually.
