Position Description We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with municipalities, data coordination, and operational oversight of ongoing initiatives. This position is hybrid with the option to be in Charlotte, NC, Kansas City, MO, or Philadelphia, PA with occasional travel for team off-sites and client visits. Position starts at $50,000/year. Primary Functions: Conduct outreach to city and county offices offices and jurisdictional entities to facilitate data requests Coordinate and process incoming information in accordance with internal protocols Maintain tracking systems and status updates across multiple concurrent workflows Interface with internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables Support operational continuity through documentation and process management Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to spend significant time communicating with external entities/organizations Detail-oriented and self-motivated, ability to operate independently working remotely Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Desired Qualifications: Experience working with government agencies or municipal offices Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Experience with data management or information systems Familiarity with public records or open source data environments Background in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects What We Offer: Competitive salary Interesting & challenging work Company-sponsored health insurance Unlimited PTO FSA Remote work flexibility with a dynamic team environment Comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC, Kansas City, MO, or Philadelphia, PA with 2-3 days a week in person
