Position Description We are seeking a high-performing, analytically-minded problem solver to join CivilGrid as an Analyst. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll wear multiple hats—working across data engineering, business analysis, operations, and product. You'll tackle ambiguous problems, build scalable solutions, and directly contribute to company growth. This position is hybrid with in-person work Philadelphia, PA 1-2 days/week, in addition to occasional travel for team off-sites and client visits. Competitive compensation based on experience.
