Position- Commercial Lines Account Manager Mode- Hybrid Location- Providence, RI Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager with wholesale experience preferred. The role is located in Providence, RI, but will transition to remote once the initial training is completed. The Account Manager will handle a renewal book of business, provide excellent customer service for our clients and business partners, and eventually lead to supporting a producer with new business. The role requires both strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and is a great fit for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • Minimum of three to five years in Commercial Lines Insurance either as a processer, customer service, or account manager (Wholesaler preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Experience with ALIS, Microsoft, and Outlook a plus • Industry certifications such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC are a plus
