Join the winning team at City Wide Facility Solutions as a Sales Executive! We are a leading provider in the building maintenance industry and are looking for a talented sales professional with a passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs. In this outside sales role, you will drive new business development within the Houston West area, focusing on bringing in new clients and building lasting relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a sales strategy, prospecting, and building a pipeline of leads, delivering thoughtful presentations, and closing deals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and driven team who shares a common goal - to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Identify client needs and present tailored service solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Attend industry trade shows and events to promote City Wide and build your network. Document all sales activities in the company CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of external B2B sales experience is required. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Being a self-starter with a proactive approach to sales. Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to sit, walk, stand for extended periods of time.
