Join the Talent and Equity Resources/Human Resources Team as a Benefits Systems Support Specialist and help shape the future of public service through impactful benefit work. In this role you will perform a range of administrative support work maintaining and monitoring systems for benefit administration. Here's what you can expect to do: • Administer employee leaves and determine how employee time will be allocated between PMFL and FMLA • Pay vendor bills and resolve discrepancies • Provide support for open enrollment and benefit events • Prepare ad hoc reports as requested • For more information and essential functions, see the Benefits Systems Support Specialist Job Description Information Specific to this Position: This full-time position works regular daytime hours and is part of the Human Resources team located at 25 West 4th Street (City Hall Annex Building) in downtown Saint Paul. The position allows for a hybrid schedule with some remote work and assigned office days. A bachelor’s degree in any field can substitute for four years of experience. An associate degree in any field can substitute for two years of experience.
