Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Administrative Assistant in the Economic Development Department. Essential Job Functions • Provide assistance and/or direct visitors. • Maintain current knowledge of City activities/events. • Perform various administrative tasks in assisting department personnel. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. • Process department accounting claims. • Assist with real estate and bond financing closings. • Assist in maintaining and updating various department databases. • Assist in the preparation of Economic Development events and meetings, including arranging catering, obtaining quotes, and verifying attendance. • Prepare schedule of meetings for Economic Development committees, commissions, and boards. • Maintain calendar for Director.
