What You’ll Do as a People Manager As our People Manager, you’ll be at the core of our team, ensuring that our staff feels valued, supported, and empowered. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a diverse team to achieve both individual and collective goals. - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. - Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the team is set up for success. - Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and professional manner. - Collaborating with leadership to align team performance with company objectives. - Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth.
