The Inside Sales Associates will be responsible for making phone calls to new potential customers as well as greeting and making sales to walk in store customers. If you enjoy talking to people, listening to their needs and helping them to see the value in our products this job is for you. • You must be able to work rotating Saturdays. • Computer skills are a must and knowledge of Quick Books and Auto Quotes is desired, but we will train the right person. • You must be able to research and understand our products so you can confidently up-sell compatible products to our customers that meet their needs. • You must be able to maintain an organized work space. Requirements also include: • Bi-lingual - English/Spanish - Fluent • High School diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel • Strong verbal communication skills Preferred: • 1 year sales background • Knowledge of sales programs and Auto Quotes Compensation: Based on experience and monthly commissions on completed sales.
