High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's preferred, Texas Paramedic License a plus, effective communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
Job description City Ambulance Service is seeking an EMS Supply Manager responsible for overseeing the supply chain purchasing and distribution process. Assuring that supply needs are met and ensuring that assets are accounted for and well maintained. The EMS supply Manager will serve as the main point of contact for logistics personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Using the company procurement guidelines to facilitate the purchasing of goods, services, and supplies -Monitor and manage budgets -Cross working and coordinating with the fleet manager and chief purchasing officer -Coordinating with vendors - Provides research, reports, documentation or analytical reports for major purchases and/or services -Make sure all ambulances are fully stocked and equipped -Help in the daily supply operations between stations -Operate companies software on day to day basis -Any other tasks required by the department Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS: -Texas Paramedic License is a plus -High School Diploma or GED required. -Bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to communicate effectively and concisely -Excellent time management skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Commitment to teamwork and assisting colleagues in achieving company goals - Ability to think independently, to find creative solutions Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Shift availability: • Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Spring, TX 77379 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Spring, TX 77379: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
