Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant – C-Suite Executive – $170k - $200k + Bonus!! Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented C-Suite Executive & Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman and CEO of a global investment management firm. The successful candidate will anticipate the needs of the Chairman/CEO, manage complex scheduling and communications, coordinate travel and logistics, and provide personal assistance to ensure the Chairman/CEO can focus on strategic priorities and organizational goals. Responsibilities Include: • Responsible for management of busy and ever-changing calendar while protecting the executive’s time and priorities • Draft correspondence on behalf of executive • Answer busy phones and track all messages and follow up • Schedule, arrange and facilitate meetings • Ensure executive’s complete preparation for all meetings including researching and writing briefings • Coordinate extensive global travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, visa coordination, etc. • Maintain all files • Track expense reports and ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement • Provide personal support on an as-needed basis Qualifications of the ideal candidate • Minimum of 10-15+ years of administrative experience, including executive-level support at the C-Suite level • Professional background that exemplifies career longevity and long-term commitments to previous employers; candidates cannot have a lot of movement on the resume • Previous work experience in finance, legal, and other strictly corporate settings • Bachelor’s degree is a must • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with internal and external stakeholders, UHNW individuals, media and political personalities, etc. • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
