Job Summary Make a meaningful difference in 2026, We are seeking whip smart experience Part-Time Nonprofit Administrative support person to assist our award winning 501c3 social innovation dedicated to transforming the quality of life for people as they age through arts accessibility and creative intergenerational community cultural programs. Focused on supporting low income vulnerable older adults struggling with social isolation, Circle of Care needs you, a smart dedicated reliable detail orientated great communicator to access the grants, funding resources and corporate partners we need to meet the growing demand for our innovative program. This role offers you the opportunity to work with an award winning Founder and learn how to make things happen even in difficult times. An opportunity to contribute to a meaningful community program and carry the vision forward by providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and project management skills to help improve operations and ensure effective communication and results. Duties • To use all your skills, wisdom, knowledge and tech and communication skills to help and award winning innovation move forward and scale. Assist with daily event calendar management, meetings, appointment scheduling, and event coordination, • Organize and Submit Timelines for Grant and Foundation Proposals and mange communication, grant calendar and timelines effectively • Provide excellent caring clear kind communication to our elder and volunteer community to connect them to events via phone, Zoom and email. • Stellar communication and writing skills to support program by organizing meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence in a detailed professionally manner with high interest national stake holders. • Add your ideas and creativity to build a powerful programs through partnerships, programs and intergenerational exchange that unites the generations, ends age segregation and makes life better for all regardless of age, income or ability. Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools • Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent effective time management abilities. • Experience with Grant Writing, proofreading, and document management • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette • Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse community members effectively but not necessary. • Office management or administrative experience in a nonprofit setting • Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines • Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not required This position is virtual where your organizational talents and dedication will directly support community arts accessibility efforts for underserved population and the volunteers who assist them.
