Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Client-Facing Program Executive who has the capability to be a strategic and trusted advisor to our clients and program manage multiple global technical teams rolling our large scale platform as a service projects. The Program Executive will oversee a portfolio of multi‑year, complex platform implementations, serve as the strategic partner for key client accounts, and drive both business outcomes and technical delivery excellence. This leader will be accountable for client success, commercial growth, stakeholder alignment, and global execution across engineering, data, product, and analytics teams This role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and technical acumen. You will translate client requirements into clear development plans, oversee the cross-functional technical and business insights teams to design, test and deploy the solution to meet the clients reporting needs. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the execution of a multi-year technology implementation program , ensuring these projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams spread across different regions and time zones while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Executive-level stakeholder management: • Act as the main point of contact for client projects, working closely with the Client to ensure the client’s business needs and technical requirements are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle. • Have strong interpersonal skills, a ‘can-do’ philosophy and be a collaborative member of the operations team. • Foster strong, positive client relationships and act as a trusted advisor during the project delivery • Regularly update clients on project progress, managing & communicating risk and issues. • Program Strategy • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business goals and reporting needs. • Understand all layers of the Liquid Data stack and Translate requirements into actionable plans for Technology teams. • Accountable for building rapid rapport and trust with key client contacts (ranging from analysts to executives) and across functions within the highly matrixed Circana organization. • Lead effective problem solving with the client and internal Circana teams to effectively capture and translate high-level client requirements into clear plans for the Circana technology team. • Global Team Leadership: • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary global teams across different time zones and locations, ensuring collaboration and communication. • Empower and drive teams to deliver against commitments. • Coordinate and align the efforts of cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and developers, across different geographic regions. • Ensure that teams have the resources and support they need to successfully meet project goals and deadlines. • Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring that teams work efficiently despite time zone differences and geographical distances. • Project Planning and Execution: • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of client data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with both client business goals and technical requirements. • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and key milestones for each phase of the project. • Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams and regions to ensure effective resource allocation, execution, and delivery. • Monitor the progress of global teams, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standards. • Risk and Issue Management: • Identify and manage risks related to project delivery, including data quality, system integration challenges, or resource allocation issues. • Proactively address potential roadblocks or issues, working with global teams to resolve them quickly and effectively. • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding any risks or delays, managing expectations and ensuring timely resolution. • Collaboration and Communication: • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, global teams, and internal stakeholders. • Set up regular touchpoints (e.g., meetings, status updates, and reports) to ensure all parties are aligned on project progress and expectations. • Use collaborative tools (such as Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Jira, or others) to keep all global teams informed and engaged. • Ensure that the project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and deliverables, is accessible and up to date for all teams. • Reporting and Documentation: • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project scope, objectives, timelines, and client communications. • Provide regular reports on project status, including progress, risks, and any client or team updates both internally and externally to clients. • Ensure that reporting is tailored to both technical and business stakeholders, with a focus on actionable insights and key metrics. • Budget and Resource Management: • Oversee project budgets, ensuring that global teams are working within financial constraints and delivering projects within the allocated budget. • Optimize resource allocation across multiple teams and regions, ensuring that all required skill sets are available at the right time. • Work with internal and client teams to track costs, manage invoicing, and maintain financial transparency. Requirements • Graduate degree in business, technology or related field. • Prior experience in a VP/Director/Executive-level client-facing consulting role • Proven revenue/resourcing/budget ownership at scale • 8+ years in a program management role, with preference for consulting experience. • Proven experience in delivering large-scale data integration and technology implementation projects. • Demonstrated ability to build and grow long-term • Proven experience utilizing consulting methodologies to problem solve and deliver projects. • Exceptional professionalism and executive presence in client facing communications. • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills • Working knowledge of Customer analytics platforms • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes Preferable Skills and Experience • Familiarity with Project Lifecycles, from Requirements through to Implementation whilst being comfortable with ambiguity in an R&D environment. • Usage of supporting tools commonly used in e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project & Monday.com • Understanding of Product Lifecycles • CPG Experience - Experience in CPG, but a strong interest in developing knowledge in the industry would also make a candidate successful • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and cloud-based data analytics. • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and KPIs specific to client industries: Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail. Location This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote with 15%- 20% travel to Richmond, VA and Stamford CT (Client locations). An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000 USD. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
