Learn more at www.circana.com. What will you be doing? This Client Insights role will support an industry leader in Dermo-Cosmetics. Key responsibilities include owning the Circana relationship with the client, while providing value added insights and Thought Leadership, to help frame brand and retailer strategy. You will need to be knowledgeable with many products and services, including POS and Consumer data sets and be effective in identifying the best resources to support the client opportunity. Additionally, you will lead the client in maximizing their return on contracted products. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, collaboration and client management skills. They should have advanced analytical capabilities using POS data (panel data experience is a plus) and be comfortable translating data into compelling, actionable stories. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and syndicated data (Circana/IRI/NielsenNIQ) tools is essential. Job Responsibilities Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients: • Approach client with coherent, actionable and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs • Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client • Identify business issues and opportunities and suggests the appropriate level analytic solution/approach Consultative Selling: Apply knowledge of the business, industry and domain to identify, create and close business opportunities: • Ask questions to test assumptions and challenges the status quo • Synthesize information on a variety of issues; translate the information into a project framework that ultimately provides solutions for clients Impactful Presence: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image: • Become trusted by client, Circana client solutions teams, Circana cross functional organizations, Circana business partners and considered a domain expert and business partner • Actively participate in Brand/Strategy planning meetings • Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements • Help customers identify solutions to problems they did not know they had • Regularly and proactively communicate with the client-facing teams, including soliciting feedback to continually improving the relationship • Track and organize multiple work streams against multiple clients, and manage time and resources against changing priorities Develop/deliver best in class reporting through insightful design and automation. The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including [paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)] to eligible employees.
