Learn more at www.circana.com. What Will You Be Doing? As a Senior Manager, Client Service, you will play a critical role in supporting one of our platinum CPG clients. This is a highly client-facing position focused on delivering exceptional service, managing complex reporting needs, and driving efficiencies across processes. You’ll leverage your expertise in Unify Dimension Builder (UDB) and Unify+ reporting tools to ensure accurate, timely insights and troubleshoot unique data challenges. While this is an individual contributor role, you will collaborate closely with internal commercial teams and client stakeholders to create value and strengthen partnerships. Job Responsibilities • Service Leadership & Communication • * Provide leadership in managing client relationships, translating business needs into actionable solutions. • Manage end-to-end content delivery processes, ensuring seamless and timely execution of restatements and reporting updates. • Increase client satisfaction by leveraging Unify+ reporting for faster insights and greater efficiency. • Maintain and optimize UDB and Unify+ reports, ensuring continuous updates (e.g., new item additions) and executive-level reporting accuracy. • Communicate proactively with clients and cross-functional teams to manage expectations and provide clear, actionable updates. • Act as a subject matter expert on Circana solutions, data interpretation, story building, and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Experience, Sales) to ensure client priorities are addressed effectively. • Collaboration & Influence • * Work closely with virtual and global teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables. • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic discussions to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. • Build strong consultative partnerships with client stakeholders, establishing trust through quality and service excellence. • Serve as a US-based advocate for global operations and ensure alignment on key delivery work. • Executional Excellence • * Ensure all client deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with expectations. • Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and improve productivity. • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for the client. • Establish and monitor scorecard metrics to track progress against quality and performance goals. • Problem Solving & Quality Control • * Troubleshoot complex or unique data issues, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Suggest innovative techniques, tools, and processes to improve client and team performance. • Apply systemic thinking to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues. • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risk. Successful Candidates Possess These Strengths: • Expertise in Unify Dimension Builder (UDB) and Unify+ reporting tools. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex data scenarios. • Ability to communicate confidently and build trust with clients and internal teams. • Quick learner who asks the right questions and adds value in a hybrid client/commercial environment. • Familiarity with syndicated POS/panel data and CPG industry practices. • Resiliency and sound judgment in navigating business challenges. • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Requirements • 3–5 years of progressive experience in client service, analytics, or related roles. • Proficiency in Circana tools - Unify+ and Unify Dimension Builder (UDB) • Experience working with a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturer. • Proven ability to manage complex deliverables and consult strategically. • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams. • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Bachelor's Degree in related field. • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. Location This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, US The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is up to $78,000. This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
