Circana is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Global Consumer Solutions (GCS) team. The Analyst role is designed to accelerate revenue growth by equipping Circana’s Client Insights and other cross-functional teams with the analytics, narratives, and tools needed to help clients make informed commercial decisions. The successful candidate will qualify opportunities and propose strategic solutions to our clients that strengthen relationships and position Circana as an indispensable partner to CPG manufacturers and retailers. Job Responsibilities Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals. Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Innovation) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success. Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor. Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers. Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data) to support client engagements and solution delivery. Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning. Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development. Build client‑ready materials—including decks, visualizations, dashboards, and insight summaries—to support sales pitches, capability demos, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Understand Circana consumer data assets and platforms (e.g., Liquid Survey®, consumer panels, innovation insights) to identify whitespace opportunities, performance gaps, and client pain points that Circana solutions can address. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1-3+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, analytics, or a related client-facing role. Experience working with consumer panel data, syndicated data, or shopper insights preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
