Proven success in industry sales, client engagement, consultative selling, and strategic insight delivery in CPG, retail, or market research sectors.
Job Description: • Lead client engagement: Build and sustain strategic relationships with clients, positioning Circana’s B2B Solutions Insights as a game changer for their business. • Drive adoption of B2B Insights Solutions: Provide live demonstrations of the product, train clients on the delivery tool and integrating the data with market measurement and analytics. • Consult and innovate: Identify opportunities, deploy a consultative selling approach with a focus on understanding the client needs and deliver insights that influence client decisions. • Thought leadership: Create compelling reports and presentations that connect insights to industry trends and business outcomes. • Project leadership: Manage multiple work streams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. • Champion collaboration: Partner across internal teams inclusive of marketing team to develop material supporting strong messaging for clients regarding B2B Solution Insights. • Identify Growth Opportunities: Use insights to uncover revenue potential and position Circana as a strategic growth partner. • Increase Client Adoption: Drive deeper engagement and integration of Circana solutions through consultative selling and thought leadership. • Influence Key Decisions: Deliver actionable insights that shape pricing, assortment, and marketing strategies to boost client profitability. • Strengthen Market Position: Build trusted relationships and deliver measurable impact to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities. Requirements: • Proven Industry Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success of at least 8+ years in CPG, retail, market research, or consulting, with a strong focus on shopper insights. • Proven track record of client engagement, consultative selling and revenue achievement • Technical Skills: Expertise in market measurement within the B2B channel. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with CRM (Dynamics 365). Knowledge of Circana’s Unify+ data tool a plus. • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify business-building opportunities and influence senior-level decisions. Strong understanding of pricing, assortment, and marketing strategies. • Leadership & Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills for senior audiences.
