Learn more at www.circana.com. Location This position is a hybrid position located in Boise, Idaho. You will be expected to work onsite 1-2 days a week in our Boise, Idaho office. What will I be doing? You will support our Albertsons account to enhance Albertsons’ understanding of their performance relative to the market and competitors. You will help Albertsons better understand the dynamics of the competitive marketplace, customers, and macro trends. You will utilize a variety of Circana tools to create compelling insights-based stories and help socialize various Circana solutions with the client. Job Responsibilities • Support exceeding revenue and favorable data contract terms through quality delivery of solutions, reporting, and insights • Utilize POS, Consumer Panel, and eCommerce data sets to present fact-based arguments influencing decision making of retailer merchandising teams • Consult with retail clients on a full-range of Circana solutions, including custom projects • Build rapid rapport with key client contacts and across functions within the Circana organization • Coordinate and execute high quality on-going analytic and ad-hoc requests • Understands dynamics of retailer relationship; balances Circana’s role of purchaser of data and provider of data from an economic and relationship perspective • Serve as a passionate advocate for the client in order to build their businesses; this may involve advocating a sales strategy in a challenging environment • Leads effective problem solving with client and internal team Requirements • 3-5 years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, eCommerce, category management, or related fields is required • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred • Knowledge of the retail domain (Food, Drug, Mass) and the channel-relevant issues • Marketing and/or sales analytics experience with a CPG company, Retailer, or other CPG industry companies using syndicated data • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications • Experience with syndicated data is required • Strong project management and process skills • Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables • Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally • Demonstrated planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications • Strong understanding of client issues • Strong analytic skills • Ability to develop creative ways to address business issues Circana Behaviors As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization. The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $70K to $90K. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including [paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)] to eligible employees.
