Full Description

Job Description: • Lead or support AML and Swift transformation projects, including system replacement, upgrades, and cloud migration initiatives • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders • Prepare project status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates • Gather and analyze business, regulatory, and technical requirements related to AML, and Swift messaging • Translate regulatory requirements into functional and system requirements • Support vendor evaluation and solution selection • Define target operating models and future-state architecture Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in financial services • Hands-on experience with AML systems • Knowledge of Swift messaging and payment processing environments • Experience working with banks or financial institutions in the United States • Strong communication skills and experience working with global / cross-border teams • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex regulatory-driven projects Benefits: • 9:00-5:30PM flexible working hours
