Full Description

Job Description: • Lead Cint’s AI Transformation Office and own the strategy, roadmap and operating model for embedding AI • Focus on measurable business value: better workflows, faster cycle times, improved quality, stronger productivity • Manage the transformation portfolio and value framework, ensuring AI initiatives create measurable operating change • Accountable for ensuring AI transformation work has clear outcomes, owners, governance, dependencies, adoption plans and measurement • Prepare clear updates for executive leadership and make AI transformation visible, measurable and credible Requirements: • Demonstrated experience driving large-scale tech or operational transformations • Experience in AI-native companies or organizations recognized as early adopters of AI • High literacy mandatory in understanding AI terminology and architecture • Hands-on experimentation with AI • Ability to partner with deeply technical leaders • Seamless comfort working in modern tech environments (e.g., GSuite, Slack) • Comfort operating in undefined, rapidly evolving spaces • Proven ability to navigate organizational resistance • Sharp judgment and exceptional communication skills Benefits: • Flexible working arrangements • Professional development opportunities
