Build your future with us Our IT Testing Services department is currently seeking a Testing Engineer I-III to support the continued and steady workload with the PASS area Work location and flexibility are subject to change based on evolving business needs, but generally, selected candidates who reside: within 50 miles of Headquarters may be expected to work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote and onsite work when business needs necessitate. more than 50 miles from Headquarters must be flexible and available to travel to Fairfield, OH, on an occasional basis for special events, training sessions, or key meetings. To ensure active engagement in meetings, it is mandatory for all IT associates to have cameras turned on for all interactions with other associates, customers, and stakeholders. Your camera must be on and positioned correctly to clearly show your face. This practice is crucial for maintaining connection and engagement, as non-verbal cues are essential for effective communication. Be ready to: • use the tools and technology provided to create and execute test cases • demonstrate critical thinking skills • write concise defects and follow them through to resolution • work with the team to help develop accurate and meaningful performance requirements • develop performance testing strategies based upon non-functional system and performance requirements • monitoring and diagnosing system problems as they relate to performance • understand and follow proper procedures, processes, and standards of performance testing • create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts • perform load tests to validate system performance and stability • provide input on process improvements Be equipped with: knowledge of Software Testing Methodology the ability to modify and create performance testing scripts such as ksh, perl, command.com, cmd.exe, Powershell, LoadRunner and C/C# experience with infrastructure architecture such as storage, network, backups and virtualization and datacenter concepts the ability to analyze and communicate performance testing results knowledge of Application Development Life Cycle convey ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences verbally and in writing Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
