Build your future with us Our Commercial Key Accounts department is currently seeking multiple renewal account executives to actively engage with field representatives and drive large account renewal business. Positions serving territories away from our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio may be fully remote. The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: • actively engage with marketing representatives to manage the current in-force renewal book • review large renewals at the four- and nine-month marks to ensure service commitments • own service coordination with Claims and Loss Control • engage with new business account executive to manage profit across the portfolio; engage with agent/client at point of sale when asked • understand the rate and retention levers in the book as well as the annual accident loss trends to profitably manage the territory • understand the agency planning process and impact of contingency/supplemental commission arrangements • responsible for both top and bottom line results within the territory • actively cross sell current in-force accounts for additional lines of business and enterprise opportunities, such as Management Liability, Surety, marine, etc. Be equipped with: • five years of underwriting experience • excellent communication skills • ability to analyze risk and price appropriately • experience in large accounts, with past experience in the property and workers' compensation lines of business • understanding of portfolio management and ability to balance growth and profit dynamics • self starter with creative thinking and an ability to create opportunity Bring education and experience from: • a bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 years of relevant industry experience • CPCU/other designations preferred Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
