We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive who will develop sales opportunities, qualify inbound leads, conduct virtual demonstrations, and close new business. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling our robust customer satisfaction platform to real estate brokerages. This platform enables real estate brokerages and its agents to seamlessly collect client reviews and manage their reputation online. In this role you will: Own the full sales cycle: qualifying inbound leads, developing sales opportunities, conducting virtual demonstrations, and closing business. Make 50 outbound dials a day as a minimum. Build great rapport with our potential clients and accurately articulate the value of CINC’s platforms and other products. Maintain accurate records of all Lead activities within SalesLoft. Reach monthly revenue quota by driving new sales. Be passionate about sales with high energy and a willingness to learn. Demonstrate excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of technology, MS Office applications, Salesforce, SalesLoft, e-mail, and other CINC internal systems. Develop your skills and grow your sales career within our organization. What we look for: 2+ years of Sales experience. Pipeline management experience. Impeccable integrity and professional demeanor via phone, email, and in-person. The ability to be coachable and have a positive attitude. Goal-oriented and strong teamwork skills. An active listener who can identify the prospect's needs. Nice to Have: Previous experience selling SaaS products. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
