Evernorth is seeking a dynamic, strategic, results-driven senior marketer advisor to join our Strategic Partnerships business marketing team to drive market awareness and growth for our Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS) business at the category and enterprise level. This individual will elevate our PBS offerings and capabilities, including but not limited to Express Scripts PBM. The role requires strong business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategy and development experience to activate enterprise-level value propositions and messaging across key audience segments. The ideal candidate will exhibit a proven ability to develop a comprehensive message and marketing framework to connect enterprise initiatives to marketing goals, with specific experience working cross-functionally to enable business teams to deliver growth. To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess strong ability to navigate change in a complex matrixed environment, be comfortable challenging the status quo, and translate business objectives into sound marketing strategies and plans informed by stakeholder insights. Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of audience targets unique challenges and opportunities to position PBS offerings to address problems to solve. Build business-to-business category level marketing campaigns and programs that drive growth for Express Scripts PBM and increase understanding of pharmacy benefit product and service differentiators. Translate value propositions into compelling content to entice and engage audience segments. Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, through strategic positioning, market facing messaging, client-facing sales enablement tools and other B2B marketing communications tactics. Identify, develop and execute B2C (via B2B2C or DTC) marketing strategies and messaging to support successful patient engagement and utilization. Mobilize and direct expertise across marketing centers of excellence and orchestrate end to end marketing plans to drive growth, adoption, retention, and optimal audience experiences – across all stages of lifecycle. Build effective launch plans and strong value proposition articulation and tools to enable ability to successful at driving PBS growth and identifying relevant connections across Evernorth capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred 8-10 plus years of marketing and business strategy experience Strong modern marketer: ability to understand and grasp marketing strategy and approach, leverage data and insights to inform strategy and recommended approach, link business need to action, understand how to leverage digital tactics/channels to execute marketing strategy. Health care industry experience strongly preferred. Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment across multiple functions and in support of diverse buyers and geographies. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,800 - 186,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
