Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional programs to ensure operational readiness and successful adoption of business changes. Drive strategic planning and execution for major initiatives, focusing on measurable outcomes and stakeholder alignment. Facilitate readiness assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and post-launch evaluations to continuously improve processes. Partner with business and IT leaders to optimize workflows and deliver seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders. Champion change management practices that foster engagement and resilience across teams. Qualifications: Required: Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, operational readiness, or related fields. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders. Expertise in change management and process improvement methodologies. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related discipline. Experience working in matrixed organizations and partnering with IT leaders. Familiarity with financial tracking tools and performance monitoring for large-scale projects. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
