8+ years in business analysis, consulting, or PMO roles with strong analytical, process mapping, and communication skills, and familiarity with continuous improvement concepts.
Overview: The Program Management Office (PMO) Operations Senior Advisor supports the day-to-day execution, governance, and operating rhythm of the Enterprise Efficiency & Effectiveness PMO. This role ensures that plans, data, reporting, change activities, and governance artifacts are accurate, timely, and well-coordinated, enabling senior PMO leaders to focus on insight, decision support, and value delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead rapid diagnostics across processes, functions, and value streams. Analyze data related to cost, volume, cycle time, demand, rework, and capacity. Perform root cause analysis to identify drivers of inefficiency and complexity. Support opportunity sizing and prioritization. Document current-state processes using advanced process mapping techniques. Identify handoffs, pain points, redundancies, and control gaps. Initiate development of future-state process designs under senior guidance. Create process documentation and artifacts. Create more complex analyses, summaries, and visuals to drive recommendations. Help translate analytical findings into clear, business-friendly insights. Lead re-engineering initiatives through execution and implementation phases. Track actions, milestones, and risks related to process changes. Participate in working sessions, workshops, and on-site diagnostics as needed. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or PMO-related roles preferred. Experience in Finance, Operations, or Corporate Functions. Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement concepts. Experience in leading process mapping or improvement work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in working with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and BI Tools. Strong attention to detail and organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
