A company is looking for an Operations and Fulfillment Analyst to support the implementation process for new business and renewals. Key Responsibilities • Verify implementation documents for new, renewing, and canceled clients for accuracy and compliance • Initiate and update installation processes in VISTA and revise source documents as needed • Participate in team meetings and training to maintain role knowledge and support projects Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or client service required • Strong knowledge of Cigna's processes preferred • Excellent technical skills, including experience with spreadsheets and databases required • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently required
