The Enrollment/Billing Senior Analyst will review, analyze, and monitor daily client automated billing deliverables while ensuring compliance with client requirements. They will also provide comprehensive customer billing issue analysis and resolution, focusing on exceptional customer service support.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy billing and a high school diploma or GED. An associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Full Description

Overview: Review, analyze, and monitor daily client automated billing deliverables, including custom client report development and client/group invoicing transmission analysis. Process client billing transmission activities, ensuring workflow updates and file exchange audit processes are conducted in accordance with client requirements. Provide comprehensive customer billing issue analysis, research, and resolution. Ensure client inquiries are managed efficiently, data is analyzed accurately, and issues are resolved promptly, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service support. Essential Functions Include - Batch Posting and Reconciliation: Posting of billing tasks such as MMX, Stratus and TPHARM Daily processing of client billing transmissions Client Setups and System Configurations: New client onboarding and setup across multiple platforms (Polaris, IBS, Oracle, PowerStation, GUI) Tracking implementations and spreadsheet management for new clients. Physical Invoice Changes and Special Invoicing: Making various physical invoice modifications (such as suppressing sensitive information, updating company details, toggling PDF/CSV outputs, and adding summary pages) Handling special invoice requests. Billing Updates, Notifications, and Administrative Support: Updating billing schedules and distribution lists on SharePoint Assist in working team mailboxes Send notifications (e.g., stale file emails, late notifications) Performing manual billing adjustments Ensure Client inquiries are properly managed, data analyzed, and issue resolved in a timely fashion with increase customer service support Effectively manage deadlines and Client escalations. Qualifications - Ability to work Monday - Friday, start time at 7:30am or 8:00am EST Must be willing and able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed 2+ years' experience in healthcare/pharmacy billing, finance HS diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Previous experience in the PBM industry a plus Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Attention to detail and strong communication skills - written and verbal Eager to learn, contribute new ideas, work independently, and work well within a team If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 24 - 40 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
