BRAND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER CIGC – The Center for Innovative GYN Care | In collaboration with Visionary ASC Location: Hybrid / Remote Type: Full-Time Salary: $120,000–$135,000 ABOUT CIGC CIGC is a nationally recognized leader in advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. In collaboration with Visionary ASC, CIGC delivers comprehensive, high-acuity gynecologic care through a value-based ambulatory surgery center model focused on safety, superior outcomes, and patient affordability. CIGC’s work is grounded in peer-reviewed research, proprietary surgical techniques, and real-world outcomes data that are shaping the future of gynecologic surgery. With over 7,800 peer-reviewed patient cases and documented results that exceed national benchmarks, CIGC represents a new standard in specialty surgical care. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Brand Communications Manager to lead CIGC’s external voice across patient, physician, and strategic partner audiences. This role is responsible for translating complex clinical expertise, surgical innovation, and value-based care outcomes into clear, credible communications that position CIGC and Visionary ASC as national leaders in advanced gynecologic care. This is a senior, hands-on role for a communications professional who understands healthcare, values clinical credibility, and can drive reputation-led growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare or medical communications and thrives in a mission-driven environment where outcomes matter. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Content Development • Develop and execute brand-aligned messaging across web, social media, public relations, and earned media channels • Ensure consistent voice and positioning across all CIGC and Visionary ASC platforms and communications • Create and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and editorial standards Clinical & Thought Leadership Communications • Translate advanced surgical techniques, clinical outcomes data, and value-based care models into compelling patient- and physician-facing content • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure accuracy, credibility, and appropriate clinical context in all materials • Support amplification of peer-reviewed research, clinical publications, and speaking engagements Public Relations & Media • Develop and manage PR strategy and media outreach related to clinical innovation, surgical outcomes, and organizational milestones • Cultivate relationships with healthcare media, trade publications, and industry journalists • Prepare media materials including press releases, talking points, and executive communications Physician & Partner Communications • Support physician recruitment and onboarding through professional-grade communications and collateral • Develop materials for ASC expansion, collaborative physician models, and external strategic partnerships • Create professional-facing content for referring physicians, health systems, and organizational partners Digital Strategy & SEO • Oversee SEO-informed content strategy to drive organic growth across digital platforms • Manage long-form and evergreen content development tied to clinical authority and domain expertise • Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data QUALIFICATIONS Required • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, medical, or life sciences communications • Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, accurate, and engaging messaging for diverse audiences • Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills with a portfolio of relevant work • Direct experience working with physicians, clinical leaders, or healthcare executives • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred • Experience in outcomes-driven, value-based care, or ambulatory surgery center environments • Background in surgical or specialty care communications • Familiarity with SEO strategy, healthcare media relations, and digital content analytics • Experience developing physician recruitment or B2B healthcare communications COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This position offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract experienced healthcare communications professionals.
