Role Description This is an on-site, part or full time position for a Shift Team Lead located in Charlotte, NC. The Shift Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support staff in maintaining quality food preparation and presentation standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, monitoring restaurant cleanliness, managing inventory, and addressing customer needs promptly. The role may also involve training new team members and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Qualifications • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and support staff in delivering excellent service. • Problem-solving and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and resolve guest or operational issues under pressure. • Experience in food handling, restaurant operations, or guest service is a plus. • Flexibility in working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. • Familiarity with health and safety standards and the ability to ensure compliance. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
