Can you spot the unusual detail on a camera feed or during a round? Are you confident working independently and making sound decisions? Imagine This It’s 2:47 a.m. You finish an exterior sweep, verifying gates and doors are secure. An alarm panel chirps—an alert from a restricted area. You respond immediately, assess the scene, support authorized personnel, and record the incident in your shift report before resuming patrol with a steady, professional presence. Your Impact • Patrol interior and exterior areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity. • Manage access and verify that all secured zones remain locked. • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security technology with unwavering attention. • Act quickly on alarms and safety concerns; escalate and coordinate as needed. • Uphold company security policies and overnight procedures. • Log patrols, incidents, and unusual observations in clear, accurate reports. • Elevate safety by reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and suspicious behavior. • Assist authorized employees, contractors, and emergency responders professionally. • Maintain an alert, dependable presence throughout the shift. What It Takes • High school diploma or GED. • Willingness to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays. • Excellent observation and communication abilities. • Stamina to remain focused during extended overnight shifts. • Comfort walking and standing for long periods; able to follow post orders independently. Physical & Mental Readiness • Capable of repeated foot patrols across the facility. • Responds calmly and effectively during emergencies. Uniform and training will be provided.
