Job Description We are seeking a visionary and decisive Director of Events and Sales to join our team in Chester, United States. The Director of Events and Sales is responsible for selling, planning and producing events on property such as weddings, corporate meetings and other private social events. The day-to-day activities of the position will vary depending on the type of event(s) being produced. • Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with organizational goals • Lead and mentor a team of event planners and coordinators • Create and oversee event budgets, maximizing ROI while maintaining quality • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
