Role Overview: The Information Technology Engineer II: Microsoft Cloud plays a critical role in managing and optimizing enterprise storage solutions within the Microsoft Cloud environment. This position combines strategic expertise with hands-on execution to ensure robust, secure, and efficient storage networking operations. What You'll Do: - You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage solutions aligned with organizational needs. - You will manage storage networking operations, ensuring high availability and performance. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions with Microsoft Cloud services. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex storage and networking issues promptly. - You will develop and enforce storage policies, standards, and best practices. - You will participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize storage resources. - You will document storage architecture, configurations, and procedures for operational continuity. - You will support disaster recovery and data protection strategies within the storage environment. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise storage engineering or related IT roles. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure storage solutions. - Proficiency with storage networking protocols such as SAN, NAS, and Fibre Channel. - Experience with storage hardware platforms and software management tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent. - Experience with automation and scripting tools to streamline storage operations. - Familiarity with cybersecurity principles related to data storage and cloud environments. - Prior experience in healthcare IT environments or compliance standards like HIPAA.
