Role Overview: As an Information Technology Engineer II specializing in Microsoft Cloud, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing enterprise storage solutions. This position requires both strategic expertise and hands-on execution to ensure robust, secure, and efficient storage networking operations. What You'll Do: - You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage systems to support business needs. - You will manage storage networking operations, ensuring high availability and performance. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions with Microsoft Cloud services. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex storage and network issues promptly. - You will develop and enforce storage policies, standards, and best practices. - You will participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize resources. - You will document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports. - You will support disaster recovery and data protection initiatives. What You Bring: - You have at least 3-5 years of experience in enterprise storage engineering or related IT roles. - You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure storage solutions. - You are proficient with storage networking protocols such as SAN, NAS, and Fibre Channel. - You have experience with storage hardware from leading vendors like Dell EMC, NetApp, or HPE. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - You have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. - Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or similar. - Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices related to storage environments. - Experience in healthcare IT environments or compliance standards like HIPAA.
