Role Overview: As an Information Technology Engineer II specializing in Microsoft Cloud, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing enterprise storage solutions. This position requires both strategic expertise and hands-on execution to ensure robust, secure, and efficient storage networking operations. What You'll Do: - You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage systems to support business-critical applications. - You will manage Microsoft Cloud storage solutions, ensuring high availability and performance. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex storage networking issues to minimize downtime. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions with cloud infrastructure. - You will monitor storage capacity and performance, proactively addressing potential risks. - You will develop and document storage policies, procedures, and best practices. - You will participate in disaster recovery planning and execution related to storage systems. - You will stay current with emerging storage technologies and recommend improvements. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in enterprise storage engineering or a related IT role. - You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud platforms, including Azure storage services. - You have hands-on experience with storage networking protocols such as SAN, NAS, and iSCSI. - You demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting complex storage and network issues. - You hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or equivalent. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python. - Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions in cloud environments. - Knowledge of security best practices related to cloud storage. - Experience working in healthcare IT environments.
