About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facebook Ads Manager to join our marketing team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Facebook ad campaigns that effectively generate leads and support the firm’s growth objectives. This is a remote, contract-based position that requires strong initiative, accountability, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns aligned with firm goals. • Write engaging ad copy and coordinate creative materials to maximize audience engagement. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance using data-driven insights. • Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and key metrics. • Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing resources. • Stay informed on Facebook Ads Manager updates, compliance policies, and best practices. • Collaborate with internal team members to align campaign strategies with overall marketing efforts. Qualifications • Proven experience managing successful Facebook or Meta advertising campaigns. • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. • Background in sales, marketing, or digital advertising. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance. • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred, but not required.
