Job Title: Fundraising Strategist Location: Remote | Full-Time Reports To: Fundraising Manager About Choose Life Marketing: Choose Life Marketing is a Christian, pro-life marketing agency dedicated to helping organizations in the pro-life community grow their impact. We are experiencing an exciting period of growth and are seeking a Fundraising Strategist to join our team. Our work is rooted in faith, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in serving our clients. Position Summary The Fundraising Strategist will provide specialized fundraising campaign consulting services to clients within the pro-life community. This role involves direct collaboration with nonprofit executives, boards, and donor bases to drive transformational giving, donor acquisition, and long-term engagement. Working alongside the Fundraising Manager, the Fundraising Strategist is responsible for developing and executing client-specific strategies, providing guidance, support, and accountability to client teams, and contributing to overall organizational success. Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Support • Develop customized fundraising strategies and benchmarks using the Choose Life Marketing Fundraising (CLM) model. • Conduct client fundraising assessments to evaluate current efforts, identify gaps, and recommend areas for strategic improvement. • Guide clients in expanding donor capacity, engagement, and acquisition. • Provide consulting and coaching support through both challenges and successes to ensure consistent progress. • Help implement new strategies and solutions to meet evolving client and ministry needs. • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with clients, boards, and donor constituencies. • Provide on-site support to clients at key fundraising events as needed to ensure successful execution and engagement. Fundraising Execution • Lead or support donor research, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities. • Assist clients with campaign preparation, execution, and donor communications. • Demonstrate success in relationship-based fundraising and high-touch donor engagement. Project & Time Management • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and professionalism. • Exhibit strong organization and planning skills with a focus on detail and follow-through. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Team Collaboration & Administration • Support the broader fundraising team with projects, client deliverables, and timelines. • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, planning sessions, and reviews. • Help ensure consistent delivery of high-quality materials and client resources. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or donor relations. • Strong writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Passion for the pro-life cause and alignment with the Christian mission of Choose Life Marketing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred: • Experience working in or with a pregnancy center, Right to Life or other Pro-Life Organizations • Experience with fundraising campaigns, donor databases (e.g., FundEasy, Keela, Bloomerang, DonorPerfect), or CRM tools. • Background in event planning and campaign execution. • Management experience and the ability to lead client or internal teams. • Experience working in a faith-based nonprofit setting. • Ability to travel independently to client fundraising events as needed.
