Job Overview Choose Joy Nursing is a premium concierge night nurse company supporting families during the postpartum and post-surgical journey. Our mission is to deliver seamless, compassionate, and professional care through a highly skilled nursing team. We are seeking a Growth & Expansion Operations Manager to oversee operations, scheduling, and client relations while ensuring exceptional experiences for both families and staff. This role will lead with a joyful heart and will also be responsible for driving successful launches in new markets. This role requires a balance of detail-oriented operational management and client-facing communication/sales skills. Rotating evening and weekend availability (5:00–10:00 pm) is required to support client consultations or team needs with love and intentionality. Key Responsibilities Client Admissions • Serve as the first impression for new families - manage client applications, client interviews, and management of contracts, invoicing, and onboarding • Confidently communicate the value of Choose Joy Nursing services; convert inquiries into clients • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience from initial contact through service delivery Scheduling Coordination • Manage nurse scheduling, aligning client needs with nurse availability • Track due dates, births, and nurse availability; update the Charge Nurse regularly • Facilitate communication between clients, nurses, and the Charge Nurse • Oversee scheduling for Baby 101 classes, consultations, and training Leadership & Team Oversight • Collaborate directly with the current Operations Manager and participate in a shared rotation for on-call weekends, nights, holidays, and out-of-office coverage • Indirectly oversee ~30 nurses and the Charge Nurse by providing structure, accountability, and clear communication • Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and interviewing • Foster a culture of professionalism, compassion, and continuous improvement • Manage ordering, tracking, and inventory of company materials and supplies. Operations & Process Management • Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and legal documentation in partnership with CEO and HR • Organize and facilitate team meetings; track and drive follow-through on action items • Partner with marketing/content teams to align messaging with operational realities New Growth Support • Travel to newly launched cities to represent Choose Joy Nursing, serving as a brand ambassador while hosting events and building community awareness • Up to 25% travel required, including periodic overnight stays • Support marketing initiatives by promoting services and strengthening brand visibility in emerging markets Requirements • Must reside in Nashville • 3–5 years of experience in business management, operations, or client services • Proven sales and/or marketing experience is a bonus • Experience leading small teams and influencing larger groups • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement methodologies • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with families and clinicians • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Rotating evening and weekend availability (5:00–10:00 pm) is required to support client consultations or team needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Application Question(s): • Are you able to commit to rotating evening and weekend availability to support client consultations or team needs?
