Description: • Lead annual integrated marketing communications planning across priority business initiatives • Oversee Partnerships & Community, Social Media, and PR functions, setting vision, priorities, and KPIs to drive growth and deepen consumer connection • Develop and activate integrated, omnichannel campaigns that build brand equity, fuel cultural relevance, and generate consumer response across the full marketing funnel • Partner closely with the media center of excellence (COE) and external media agency to ensure owned, earned, and paid integration that maximizes reach and ROI • Translate consumer insights and cultural intelligence into strategies and programs that spark bold, insight-driven ideas • Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional peers (Brand, Creative, Insights, Finance, Operations, Sales) • Establish and evolve measurement frameworks, monitor KPIs, and deliver reporting that drives continuous optimization and accountability • Manage budgets across communications functions, ensuring efficient allocation, stewardship, and ROI • Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring collaboration, clear direction, and output that reflects Chomps' brand standards and business goals • Keep a pulse on cultural, food, health, and wellness trends • Lead, coach, and inspire direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and results • Represent Integrated Marketing Communications leadership in executive-level discussions and planning Requirements: • BA or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing roles, ideally within food, beverage, or lifestyle brands with at least 3+ years in a leadership role • Proven success designing and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns that span earned, owned, shared, and paid channels • Strong background in brand storytelling, social/digital marketing, partnerships, and PR • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and agency relationships • Strategic thinker with proven success developing impactful programs, paired with a bias for action and execution • Strong communicator and storyteller, with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders • Inclusive, collaborative leader with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resourceful, entrepreneurial environment Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401K 6% match • Monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office • Unlimited PTO • 11+ paid holiday days • Paid maternity and paternity leave • Bi-annual total team in-person activities • Company-wide Continual Education budget • Unlimited snacks
