Job Description: • Act as the primary liaison between the Corporate DOSM and property-level DOSMs, ensuring alignment on strategy, goals, and performance expectations. • Facilitate regular communication channels: weekly sales calls, performance check-ins, and cross-property collaboration. • Assist properties with the interpretation and execution of brand, corporate, and revenue strategies. • Support the development and rollout of corporate sales and marketing strategies and ensure adoption across the portfolio. • Monitor property-level sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics; surface risks and opportunities to the Corporate DOSM. • Collaborate with revenue management teams to align sales tactics with market demand, pricing strategies, and performance trends. • Analyze group and corporate transient trends, segment performance, and competitive data to recommend tactical adjustments. • Assist in onboarding new property DOSMs or Sales Leaders. • Provide ongoing training, resources, and coaching on sales processes, systems, CRM usage, prospecting, and brand programs. • Lead or contribute to corporate-driven sales initiatives, brand campaigns, partnerships, RFP programs, and sales events. • Track KPI progress (RevPAR Index, market penetration, sales activity metrics, group pace, account production). Requirements: • 3–6 years of hotel sales experience at the Sr. Sales Manager or ADOS level; corporate or multi-property experience preferred. • Experience with total account management in corporate transient, group sales, and/or catering sales, to include detailing and servicing. • Familiarity with STR, sales CRMs (SalesPro, Delphi, Amadeus, etc.), and revenue management concepts. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across corporate and property teams. • High proficiency in data analysis and performance storytelling. • Strong project management and organizational abilities. • Ability to influence without direct authority. • Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational support. • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, multi-property environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
