Overview Denticon Revenue Cycle Project Manager Position Summary: The Denticon Revenue Cycle Project Manager is responsible for supporting and optimizing revenue cycle performance across the organization through effective use of the Denticon practice management system. This role partners closely with Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting, workflow alignment, and system utilization that supports financial performance, operational efficiency, and data integrity. This is a 12-month project-based individual contributor role focused on revenue cycle management, Denticon reporting, and content development to support standardization and performance improvement. The role works in close partnership with Operations and Finance leadership to support consistent reporting, actionable insights, and revenue cycle optimization across all supported clinics. Based on business needs and individual performance, this role may evolve into a longer-term revenue cycle analytics or leadership support position. Salary: $90,000- $100,000 /yr. Responsibilities Revenue Cycle & Denticon Reporting:• Serve as the primary revenue cycle resource for Denticon reporting, dashboard development, and data integrity.• Develop, build, and maintain standardized Denticon reports for Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Finance.• Analyze revenue cycle performance including production, collections, AR, aging, adjustments, and payer trends.• Provide routine and ad hoc reporting to leadership to support decision-making and performance improvement.• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting across all locations and departments.• Partner with Finance to align reporting with financial metrics, forecasting, and month-end review needs. Content Creation & Workflow Alignment:• Develop and maintain revenue cycle workflow documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.• Create training and reference materials related to Denticon reporting and revenue cycle workflows.• Support standardization of processes across scheduling, charge capture, billing, and collections.• Identify opportunities for workflow and reporting improvements to enhance revenue integrity and performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Partner with Operations to support consistent implementation of revenue cycle workflows and reporting utilization.• Collaborate with Finance on reporting accuracy, reconciliation support, and financial performance monitoring.• Work with IT and system stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy, access, and data integrity within Denticon.• Serve as a subject matter expert on Denticon reporting and revenue cycle analytics. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:• Monitor key revenue cycle KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.• Provide recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and reporting insights.• Support continuous improvement efforts related to revenue cycle performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required:• 5+ years of revenue cycle leadership experience, preferably within dental or healthcare environments.• Advanced hands-on experience with Denticon, including report writing, dashboard creaton, and data analysis.• Demonstrated experience creating reporting content, job aids, and workflow documentation.• Demonstrated ability to analyze revenue cycle data and translate into actionable insights.• Experience partnering with Operations and Finance teams in a multi-site environment.• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting analytics. Preferred:• Experience in multi-site or multi-state dental organizations.• Experience with revenue cycle optimization initiatives.• Training or process improvement experience.
