Quality Control Inspector – Full-Time (Souderton, PA) Join our growing team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Quality Control Inspector to support our manufacturing operations and ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role performs hands-on inspections on the production floor while also supporting QC tools, calibration programs, non-conformance reporting, and root cause investigations. The ideal Quality Control Inspector is technically skilled, organized, and comfortable collaborating with Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams to maintain and improve quality processes. What We Offer • Starting at $22.00 per hour, with opportunities to start at a higher rate based on experience and qualifications • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, holidays) • Company-paid life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability • 401(k) with company match to help you plan for your future • Paid vacation and holidays to recharge and spend time on what matters most • Ongoing training and development to support your career growth • Safety program incentives and employee appreciation events • Family-owned company with 65+ years of success What You’ll Do • Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards • Maintain and support QC processes on the production floor • Operate, calibrate, and maintain QC inspection and test equipment; ensure calibration schedules are met • Document inspection results and prepare quality records and Certificates of Analysis • Identify, document, and report non-conforming material; assist with investigations and root cause analysis • Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve quality issues • Analyze quality and production data and communicate findings to management • Investigate returned goods and internal quality issues • Support qualification and validation activities as required • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory of laboratory and sample storage areas • Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred • 2+ years of quality control, inspection, or related manufacturing experience preferred • Experience with inspection tools, calibration programs, and non-conformance reporting • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or industry quality standards is a plus Ready to Build Your Future in Quality?
