Operations Manager Job Summary of Operations Manager: The main responsibilities include supervising daily restaurant activities, such as ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and consistent adherence to company policies and procedures. This role also involves driving business growth through effective leadership, performance management, and maintenance of a high standard of cleanliness and safety within the restaurant. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Manager: • Manage every element of restaurant functioning, from personnel oversight and roster organization to upholding food hygiene practices, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing client experience. • Supervise and control the financial status, encompassing profits and losses, along with the costs associated with labor and food. • Acquire, educate, advance, and uphold a top-notch staff in tune with corporate benchmarks. • Set a strong example by ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to food quality criteria. • Deploy localized promotional campaigns to foster connections with the community and stimulate an uptick in sales figures. • Follow all regulations related to health, safety, and sanitation to uphold compliance. • Provide coaching and advice to team members to help them improve consistently. • Ensure smooth running of restaurant operations by providing assistance in all areas as necessary. Qualifications and Experience of Operations Manager: • Past involvement in restaurant administration or overseeing the hospitality sector. • - Sound expertise in maintaining food safety standards, overseeing staff, and executing operational guidelines. • Showing proficiency in leading and energizing a varied team in a dynamic work atmosphere. • Proficient in clear communication and adept at tackling problems. • Skill in comprehending and assessing business records such as revenue predictions and financial statements. • Skill in clear and coherent communication in the primary language(s) spoken at the work site. • Embracing a constructive outlook, flexibility, and a dedicated approach to ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
