Job Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Manager: • Manage every element of restaurant functioning, from personnel oversight and roster organization to upholding food hygiene practices, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing client experience. • Supervise and control the financial status, encompassing profits and losses, along with the costs associated with labor and food. • Acquire, educate, advance, and uphold a top-notch staff in tune with corporate benchmarks. • Set a strong example by ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to food quality criteria. • Deploy localized promotional campaigns to foster connections with the community and stimulate an uptick in sales figures. • Follow all regulations related to health, safety, and sanitation to uphold compliance. • Provide coaching and advice to team members to help them improve consistently. • Ensure smooth running of restaurant operations by providing assistance in all areas as necessary.
