THE OPPORTUNITY As a Customer Service Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This includes overseeing food preparation and service quality, as well as nurturing a well-trained and customer-focused restaurant crew. You will maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, and your active presence on the line is key to managing the flow of service. When not actively serving, you will assist with various tasks to support your team. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Uphold Chipotle's policies while focusing on delivering exceptional food quality. • Troubleshoot any food quality issues to maintain the highest standards. • Prioritize food safety, including monitoring hygiene practices and maintaining temperature controls. • Address customer incidents effectively to ensure positive experiences. • Assist with crew management, including breaks and schedules. • Promote staff development through training and cross-training initiatives. • Participate in performance evaluations to support team growth. • Help prepare future leaders for success within the company. • Assist with administrative tasks such as cash handling and paperwork. • Ensure office equipment is functional and supplies are available. • Manage inventory to ensure needs are met. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE • A true understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. • Experience with cash handling processes. • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards. • Familiarity with office administration tasks. • Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the restaurant. • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in a restaurant setting.
